Junior Mendez pitched a complete game striking out 5 as the Raiders beat Smithtown East 3-2. Joe Pasqualino, 2 hits and 4 stolen bases, and Kyle Wilson executed a double steal that resulted in a throwing error that allowed Pasqualino to score the tying run. Eddie Morrissey followed with a single for the go ahead run. Tom Rubinstein's first inning single drove in the game's first run. Junior Mendez helped himself out by picking off two runners. Tyler Moston threw out a runner at home to keep Smithtown off the scoreboard early in the game. The Raiders travel to #8Connetquot on Wednesday for their next playoff game.
