The Raiders fend off William Floyd's late push, hold on 4-2
William Floyd was never able to get over the hump and get over its troubles against the Raiders on Monday, as William Floyd fell 4-2 at Lincoln Ave. Complex after falling behind by three runs in the fifth inning.

Matt Vogel struck out nine, paving the way for a the Raiders win. Vogel allowed one earned run on two hits and five walks over four innings.
The top of the first saw the Raiders take an early lead, 1-0. John Shwoniksingled to ignite the Raiders' offense. Then moved Shwonik from second to third. Andrew Garcia singled, plating Shwonik.
The Raiders stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the fifth, scoring three runs on an RBI double by Vogel and a two-run single by Garcia.
