PM Takes Game 1 vs. Longwood

TJ Phelan shut down the 10th ranked team in the county (according to Newsday) by pitching a 4 hit 7 strikeout complete game. TJ threw only 77 pitches for his third league win. Ryan Carroll led the offense with 3 hits, including a double and a steal of home. Ryan, the centerfielder, also threw out a runner at home to complete an inning ending double play. Jimmy Fuoco's 2 out single drove in two runs that highlighted a 6 run 4th inning 2 out rally. Frank DiPresso and Billy Garofalo each had 2 hits. Dave Space added a double and Mike Salvatore had two RBI's. The 9 to 1 victory improved the Raider's record to 5 and 2 in League I.
