The Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity lose Brentwood 6-2

Josh Browning did his best to change the outcome, but Josh Browning couldn't lead the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity past Brentwood as the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity lost 6-2 in seven innings at Patchogue-Medford High School on Wednesday.

Josh Browning had an impressive outing against Brentwood's lineup. Brentwood managed just two hits off of Browning, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out one during his 3 2/3 innings of work.

Tristan Amone couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed five runs.

The game was never in doubt after the first, as Brentwood scored three runs on two singles.
