The Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity jump on Brentwood early and coast to 11-1 win

The Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity jumped out to an early lead on Brentwood and captured an 11-1 victory on Tuesday at Home.

The game was decided quickly as the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity exerted their will early with eight runs in the first three innings.

A two-run double by Eric Roubal in the first inning and an RBI single byTristan Amone during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity.

 

Roubal had two extra-base hits for the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity.

 

 

Amone kept Brentwood off the board during his six innings of work. Amone allowed two hits, two walks and struck out three.

 

Vito MorabitoLucas Angrisani, Roubal and Anthony Schiano helped lead the Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity. They combined for eight hits and four RBIs.

The Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity tacked on another five runs in the third. A sacrifice fly scored Roubal to start the scoring in the inning.

The Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity piled on two more runs in the bottom of the sixth. A clutch bases loaded walk scored Josh Oakley to open the scoring in the frame. That was followed up by Kyle Jacobsen's single, scoring Erik Matz.
