The Patchogue-Medford Raiders Varsity lost a hotly contested 6-5 game in seven innings on Friday at Commack after surrending the lead in the seventh inning.

Johnny Colemen got the win in relief for Commack . Colemen pitched one inning and allowed two runs.

Frank Papanikolatos was charged with the loss. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed three runs.

Commack jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the third. A single by Theodoralis, bringing home Mcneil started the inning off.

Commack went up for good in the seventh, scoring four runs on an error and two hit into a fielder's choices.
